The 31st European Congress of Cytology is organized by
the French Society of Clinical Cytology (SFCC) on behalf of the European Federation of Cytology (EFCS).
It will be held at the Palais des Congres in Paris from 2 to 5 October 2005.

- Diagnostic optimization combining both fine needle aspiration cytology and biopsy approaches
- Current molecular tools applied to cytology for improving patient management
- Future genetic and imaging techniques applicable to cytological material
